A beaming Silviu Ghereben strode enthrsuastically into the group of American friends who awaited his arrival to Cincinnati, OH. It was his first time to visit the US, where he was to spend the month of March representing RHM-RO in churches in California, Illinois and Ohio. While he was here, he had the exciting experience to attend the Cincinnati Reds Opening Day baseball game.
In January, Liviu Marinwas invited to a third school to conduct the innovative public school program in upper grades. Therefore, now in 16 classes, he teaches over 500 students concepts designed to impact social attitudes of tomorrow’s Romanian citizens toward the handicapped. Again this year, the project enjoys warm acceptance. Students even request to help at the Madison Center clinic!
