Specific prayer in 2007 for the perfectly located property immediately next door to the current Day Center is becoming a reality in 2012! The price was negotiated downward and firmly set at $102,000 (USD). God is showing Himself faithful in having brought in funds enough to make the down payment by using His people who have a heart for people with disabilities in Romania where help as we know it in the US does not exist.

As of March 20, 2012, the ownership of the property was legally transfered to the name of Romanian Handicapped Ministries-Romania (RHM-RO).
